On Wednesday the 23rd of September 2020 we held our market day at the school (we sold fruit kebabs). Three things that worked well was selling the food, the customers we got and the sell out at the end of the day. This has nothing to do with our business plan, but at least we sold everything. Sadly our business plan didn't work well since we weren't using good communication and never made time to work on stuff. This was a let down since one person mainly carried the load (except the other person helped give ideas.) Another let down was that one person would be very pushy and try take control over everything. We also left making the fruit kebabs at the last minute... This had nothing to do with our business plan since at the start we had three people on board. Three changes I would include would be not wasting time on the paper work as well as create more time EXCEPT we had basketball training in the middle of class so that didn't help. Another thing I would change is actually not depending on one person to do all the work. I think if we had more people, no interruptions and everyone would help work on stuff... we wouldn't rush and we would of had a smoother day. Since our day was quiet rough and sorta effected friendships since we weren't really organised. Apart from that, I'm quiet happy how we did except I would like to do something more affordable and easier that we could prepare before the day.
