Elf Yourself

Today And Last Week We made an elf. First we had to colour it in. Next we had to take a photo of our self and the teacher would print it off. Then we had to stick the elf together this is mine feel free to comment below.

To Use It Or Not?

I have been on working on this writing for weeks. It is about a Scientist who does not know if he wants to use a new potion. Read my story to persuade him not too. (Also to find out what the potion is.)😉

                       

Wet , Soggy and Wild At Top Team...

Today at after morning tea the whole senior syndicate did top team. But before all this we got brought outside to take another photo for the year 6's and the year 5's went to go hide, What was going on I thought to myself. This is where the fun part came in... Mr Breach said after the photo go run and hide along the back of the school. This was a game we are going to play at camp. Which is next week. After that we got put into our groups for top team . In my group was… Michael, Nikora , Ryus, Ollie, Mason and including myself.

Our first activity was this obstacle course. How we had to do it was… there was a pole and a bucket with lots of holes in the side of the bucket. We were versing another team. We had to fill the bucket up with water and the person holding the pol had to go over these circle things. Zigzag out of orange poles. Then go over this thing that rocks and now last but not least put whatever you had in the bucket in another huge bucket at the end. But at the end you were soaked because of the holes in the side of the bucket. All the activities were found and we went around anti- clockwise.

After all the activities we could get the buckets of water and dump them over our heads, As well as get squirted by the hose! I had a good day at top team. My favorite advent would of had to be the ones the include water! My team did not win but we did our best and worked together that's the only thing that counts.

Operation Snowman

Today The Choir went away to go preform a performance.  This game I played is called Operation Snowman. What you do is it asks you a question and if you get it right it starts to build a snowman. Wheelchair Netball

 

If I had to make a sport for the Paralympics I would make Wheelchair Netball! This games would be for people who are in a wheelchair and can see and hear. They would need their arms or invent something that the person could use??!! Three Rules would be No Crashing into other people. No Cheating and No Hitting or kicking. This sport will be like netball but different! Do you like my Idea?

Funraiser Ideas

1. Gather some stuff or make some stuff at home e.g Loom Bands Charms etc

My Partner For Tandem Cycling For The Paralympics

Imagine that you were asked to compete in a tandem cycling event and you had to choose one person to compete with. Who would it be? I would choose my dad because he is very speedy on a bike! Dad always gives it his all mainly to win or come second. Also my dad taught me how to ride a bike. So I would choose him!

When All Of A Sudden…

Imagine that you are sitting in the crowd at the opening ceremonies for the Rio Olympics this August. The ceremony has just started and all of the Olympic athletes are parading around the stadium in their uniforms when all of a sudden…

A firework went off its path and flew in the middle of the Area. As the police were clearing out the Athletes And The Crowed the fire work was almost to the ground! Screaming, Running, crying as people were pushing and shoving to get out of the Area. As everyone was out the police were running and running as soon BANG! The last cop jumped into the car park. The floor in the middle of the Area was a big hole which was too hot to touch. The floor was everywhere even the seeds the Athletes Planted into the small capsule. Some of the capsules with the dirt flew and made a mess on the seats. The next day the Olympics were still on but at a Different Area. Lots of people helped to clean up the mess it took 2 days and most of Brazil helped cleaned up. After the big clean up the Athletes Competed and New Zealand won lots of gold medals.

(Fun Facts The Olympics Games At A Cost Of US Dollars Was A Total Of 14.4 Billon Dollars) 

Opening Ceremonie Who Would Host?

Imagine that we were going to host the Olympics here in New Zealand in 2024 and you were invited to be on the committee that decides who is invited to participate in the opening ceremonies. As a member of the group you must choose one of the following people to be in the opening ceremony. The People were Richie McCaw (rugby player), Lorde (singer), Kane Williamson (cricket player), Maria Tutaia (netball player), John Key (prime minister of New Zealand) or Shaun Johnson (league player). It was hard because it was out of 2 people John Key The Prime Minister Of New Zealand. Or Richie McCaw who was the All Blacks Captain. I would Choose Richie McCaw because I feel like everyone would know him better because he has got to hold the world cups from rugby.
